HTML in comment is nows disalowed for all ? (I have valided this).

But HTML is OK in comment notifiavtion :

The style (CSS) is different for IE and Firefox.

- to change category for many posts whyout edititing all post one per one ?
- to make an index number before every subject post ?
- for RSS comment ?
