Can I install a third party software based forum/community site on my BlogHarbor site? I'm thinking of something like phpBB?
I understand it would not be part of the blog's knowledge management system.
Any problems likely to arise?

It is not possible to install such programs on your blog site, as PHP and other CGI programs are not supported on our service.
You could find a "traditional" hosting provider and create a site at a hostname like forum.thinkinghomebusiness.com and host a phpBB site at that URL...
