Hola John,
A friend of mine here in Puerto Vallarta (using the screen name seapoetpv) apparently had problems creating a reader account. When she received her confirmation email and clicked on the link, she got an error message saying something like the confirmation code was wront and asking her to create a different account.
Does this sound as something that's happened before? Would you be willing/able to look into it? I would so much appreciate it!

My guess is that the email might have wrapped across 2 lines and your reader's mail program might not have interpreted the link correctly... Have you asked you reader to send you the email so you can try the link?
