I'm interested in placing some ads on the actual posts in between my post and the comments section. Anyway i can do that? _________________ Ken Lee

The following thread:

shows how one can any arbitrary HTML code to be displayed on an article when the article is displayed by itself as the Permanent Link; it also shows how you can also make a similar change if you want add some extra code to the article when it is displayed in full text in the category view. |

John, great stuff. The e-mail link worked perfectly.
Anyways, I can get the Adsense to show up at the bottom of my e-mail?
Here's an example:

Right after I have my blurb about contacting me, I'd like to put an Adsense adbar there.
I tried doing it the same you showed me didn't work. Any ideas? _________________ Ken Lee

We've seen our users add the Adsense code in this fashion, so we know it works... When you say it didn't work, what does that mean exactly? Can you try putting the Adsense code in so we can see what happens? |

Hey John,
When I tried adding it, it just has a white space in the place of the Adsense code. _________________ Ken Lee

Is it possible that Google will only allow your ads to display once on the page? And by having the ad on your sidebar, this prevents the ad from loading within the article as well? Try removing the ad from your sidebar to see if that makes the ad load in your article.
There's nothing wrong with your code or your implementation as far as I can see... |

Hi John,
Good point. I never thought of it that way. It's weird, cos' on my main page, I'm able to put Google Ads on BOTH the side and bottom.
Weird, I will give that a try though.
Is there a way I can just get it to leave the main page as is but the articles have the Adsense in the post? _________________ Ken Lee
