Having trouble getting a banner to show up. Used the blog name custom component:
<div>
<div>
<a href="{{blog.url}}"><img></a></div>
</div>
and made sure the jpg was loaded to the appropriate place, but can't get this to show up. It just shows a blank 'x' in place of the image. What am I doing wrong? Thanks. |

FYI, if you want to show an example of HTML in your post, you should check the Disable HTML in this post box when you post.
In any case, since the forum software ate some of your HTML code, I can't see what the problem is, can you edit your post to show the code? If possible, show us what you did in action (where can we see it on the blog); it makes it easier to understand the issue. |

Well your img tag just says "<img>". That will certainly show up as a red x. You need to specify where the image is so the browser can render it, like:

Actually what happened here is that this forum software ate up some of the HTML that was entered, there's a bug in the phpBB software that we use for this forum that causes that... So I am sure that the there was something more in the code, but we'll have to wait for an update from lenoir to see what that was... |

I didn't test it again, but this is what I did yesterday that didn't work. Again, I made sure the path and filename were correct. Maybe the filename is case sensitive. I'll try that now. Meanwhile:
<div class="component">
<div class="componentBlogname">
<a href="{{blog.url}}"><img src="/Banner/Banner.jpg"></a></div>
</div> |
