A subscriber has emailed me asking me to unsubscribe him. I understand I can't do that. What can he do to unsubscribe himself?

Des - your user would just need to come back to your site and go to the same Subscribe link he visited to enable a subscription, and from that page he would need to log in and could disable his subscription.

This process will be streamlined in the very near future.
