able to embed google doc but not google spreadsheet

I was able to embed the document but not the spreadsheet.

Could someone help me and point me to the correct method?

It does not appear that Google Docs and Spreadsheets supports publishing Spreadsheets directly to a blog, though it can publish a Document into a blog.

From what I can tell the only option for publishing a Spreadsheet to a blog is to ask the system to generate some HTML code for you which you would manually embed in a blog post. Choose More publishing options when you try to publish your sheet, then choose the HTML to embed in a webpage option as your File Format and Google will give you some HTML code which you can enter into a blog post...
