When one of my registered users selects Dashboard they do not see the tab for Bookmarkets. Did I do something to disable this feature? I would like the users the ability to add bookmarkets to their web browser so they can add content,

Bookmarklets are currently only visible to Admin users. We'll note this as a feature request, thanks for pointing this out.
