Keep getting following error message when uploading with my FTP client:
The FTP connection is OK. Not able to log in because of incorrect username or password. FTP connection has been shut down.
I am using the username & password listed in the FTP information section of my Blogharbor file manager tab.

I just tested the ftp service and it is working fine for me...
Have you ever been able to login? I.e. were you able to login previously and now are having problems? Or is this your initial attempt to access via FTP?
Remember your username for ftp is username@host, so if your Admin username is fred and your blog is blog.example.com, your ftp username would be fred@blog.example.com .
