Changing teh default <title> tag

My permalinks all have the name of the blog prefixed to the post title.

This is bad news for Google index, as it thinks that all pages are about the same subject.

I want to change the default title added to permalinks, so that instead of using:

Name of Blog::Title of post

it uses
Title of Post::Name of Blog

or just

Title of post

as the <title> HTML tag.

Can this be done? I have been unable to fibd the template used to generate the permalinks pages.

Not sure I would agree that it's "bad news" to handle titles in this manner. News sources like CNN and USA Today handle titles similarly, as well as many other blogging services and software.

But our templating system allows you to manage HTML titles any way you want. See this thread from elsewhere in the forums for step by step instructions on altering your base template to customize your titles.
