Problems with BlogHarbor for past couple of days

Hi John,

BlogHarbor has become difficult to use for the past couple of days:

1) It's unusually slow, sometimes taking several minutes to respond.

2) While attempting to edit my blog (SCIY.org), I'm frequently getting messages like "We are temporarily unable to process your request. Please try again later. Thank-you. Message ID 3546-BW2-3-1"

Any ideas re how to fix this?

Our vendor Tucows is aware of this issue and is already working to restore optimal performance of their Blogware system, the platform upon which our service is based.

It is not an issue particular to your site and we can not do anything to resolve this on any given site; we expect that Tucows will resolve this issue globally as soon as possible.
