How can I see all my articles in the Control Panel

I want to review all of my past articles, but can only display the most recent 50 articles. How can I see all articles older than the most recent 50?

Yes I had paging links checked as you showed me.

found a way to list past 100 articles, but not all of them. I am over 100

No, that's not possible. It would blow up the server to allow that kind of query...

Page 1 see first 50 or 100 articles, go to page 2 to see next 50 or 100 articles, etc. until I can view all of my articles, whatever will keep the server from exploding.

Yes, that's what adding paging links will do... Which is why I sent that link...

What's your blog address so I can look at it so I can see if we are talking past each other or not?

Looks like you have Paging Links on your site so you can see "« Previous 20 articles " etc. So it looks to me like you can see all your content.

Please feel free to explain what it is we're misunderstanding.

Sorry about the confusion.

I have posted 114 articles

I can only see the past most recent 50 articles in the control panel under recent articles.

I want to see all 114 articles.

But I understand I could not see them all on the same page because of server size constraints. No problem. I would be happy to scroll through several pages to see all of my 114 articles.

But now, I can only see the most recent 50 articles.

Is there a way to see all 114 articles, knowing it cannot be done on the same page?

First, I split this thread into its own topic and gave it an appropriate title, since it actually had nothing to do with the topic it was posted under...

OK, now that you finally said "in the control panel" I understand what you are talking about... You forgot to mention that..

The answer is pretty straightforward: just go to Post Manager in the control panel. Scroll down and on the bottom of the page on the right you will see:

Page 1 2 3 4 5 of 5 [Next]

That's how you can see all of your articles.

Let me know if that doesn't answer your question.
