Hi John
I enjoy reading Digg and it allows me too add stories to my blog
As you can see from the following choices , Blog Harbor is not one of them

Any ideas ?

Try using Movable Type (which they misspelled), we use the same API so if it works with MT it should work with us.

Nope didnt work , John

I picked MT , then my username and password and URL for my site
I got this error

There was an error - transport error - HTTP status code was not 200

Yes, Wordpress also uses the MovableType API so it's really the same choice. Any time you see MovableType as an option on these types of services, that is usually your option.
