Newsletter Sign-Up Thank You Page

I hope this hasn't been discussed ad nauseum but here goes...

New to blogharbor and blogs in general. I am endeavouring to use it as my website rather than have a website AND a blog.

I have already posted my newsletter sign up form on the blog (http://resultsdriven.blogharbor.com/blog) but also need to set up a "Thanks for signing up" page. Obviously this page is only for those who sign up and not a "post" as normal.

So:
a) can this be done?
b) if so, can you point me in the direction of the instructions?

You can create what we call Web Pages, which are pages that match the look and feel of your weblog, but are not linked in as articles. They are standalone pages that you link to in your articles or from your sidebar etc.
