This must be coming from your browser as our control panel application will not time you out, you need to log out explicitly or quit your browser. You might be doing something your browser is warning you about, like trying to hit the back button after submitting a form... Please send us a support request with a screenshot of the error along with step-by-step directions on how to reproduce it in order for us to investigate further.
