Probably an easy fix, but I'll ask anyway - if commenters want to embed links, how do I turn this on?
Thanks! |

Basically, can the same wysiwyg editor for posting, be utilized for comments? |

You can choose to allow HTML in comments, it's a global setting available in the control panel from Settings & Security > Publishing Defaults > Advanced. Look for the row labeled HTML Comments: you can check or uncheck the Allow HTML in comments box.
The WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor which we refer to as the Rich Text Editor is not used for commenting, a simple editor is provided which does not provide WYSIWYG or live preview capabilities.
never mind!
The answer is here for future reference. |
