aggregator not picking up feed

I'm having a problem with an aggregator picking up the feed of our posts. Our settings seem all right. Have contacted the administrator of this particular aggregator and he has checked things out and calls it "bizarre" - the other urls in the blog list get picked up fine. It is a recent phenom. as it had been coming up okay in the past. Anyone else with this problem? Any ideas what might be wrong?

Which aggregator is having the problem and what is the URL of the RSS feed you submitted to them?

The aggregator site is http://www.nonpartisancanadians.org/index.shtml
Our setting is for a 2.0 feed which is what it has been from the beginning - no change there. The only thing we have tried to do was follow your instructions for changing our keywords to technorati tags which we did but then when this problem showed up we changed that back to standard, thinking this might have affected things somehow, but our posts still aren't being picked up.

and I tested it through the FEED Validator here:

and it passed as a valid RSS feed... There doesn't appear to be anything wrong on this end...
