I copied an email reply in and used it as a post, but found that the color was blue and font was different from all the other posts. I changed the color, but I don't see how to change the font. I'd like to know how to remove these attributes so that the post picks up the style correctly no matter which template I'm using. I'm going to be doing a lot of copying in!

Was this email an HTML email? If so, when you copied and pasted it into the Rich Text Editor our editor - or any WYSIWYG HTML editor will pick up the HTML codes contained in the original mail. Which will override any of your default styles.
The only way to avoid this would be to copy the email and paste it into a text editor like Notepad. Now Notepad shows you the plain text version of the message. Next select the text in Notepad and copy again, now your clipboard contains the plain text version of the email message. Paste it into the blog editor and you should get the results you are looking for.
