I've recently incorporated FURL's link-listing service into my blogharbor blog. It's pretty cool.
Basically you have a button on your browser toolbar and whenever you see page that is neat, but not necessarily worth writing a whole blog article about, you click the button, type in like one sentence about the page, and it gets automatically added to your list at FURL (and, if you've integrated your FURL list into your blog, it immediately appears on your blog as well.)
Pretty cool. On my blog, my FURL links are listed as "RECENT LINKS" in the left column.
