I've been trying to figure out the CSS border thing for a while, but I'm stumped. I believe I've followed the directions, but to no avail.
What are CSS Borders? Borders around your images that are added by CSS and are not actually part of the image you uploaded.
For example, look at the image on this page: http://www.1976design.com/blog/archive/2003/09/28/22/
I followed the instructions on the page linked below, but it didn't work out for me. I don't know a whole lot, so I thought maybe somebody else could shed some light on the situation, and restore my sanity. The process seems simple enough, but I always miss something.

Well, I'm still fleshing out the reasons, but the problem was the doctype.
Had to change it to:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"> |
